1) Water treatment

For the water treatment we have resin filters which are able to convert tap water into deionized water. Depending on the input quality of the tap water, these filters can convert a minimum of 1000 liters before they are saturated. We obtain a maximum of 2500 liters with pre-treated tap water.

We also build osmosis installations ourselves, which work with a pressed membrane. You can obtain these installations from us either stand alone or fully built on a plastic Euro palette and equipped with a storage tank of 1000 liters and a float which ensures the continuity of the production of demineralized water. The osmosis installation is ready to use and consists of the following elements:

Double filter housing in 20 inch and consisting of 1x 5µ and 1x 1µ cartridges
TFC membrane type 4040 in a stainless steel housing
Built-in pre-filter
Diaphragm pump with discharge pressure between 10-17 bar

After filtering, the following elements were removed: Arsenic, Iron, Lead, Copper, Barium, Chromium, Mercury, Sulfates, Cadmium, Fluorine, Nitrates, Selenium
